Paid Holidays
We shut down the office on the major holidays — Thanksgiving, Labor Day, Memorial Day, etc. — but we don’t take it out of your pay. These are days to be spent with family and friends.
Educational Assistance
Full-time benefits-eligible employees can reimburse up to a maximum of $5000 per year paid toward tuition in an accredited program. This education may include college credit courses, continuing education unit courses, seminars, and certification tests that are job-related.
Year-End Break!
Unless it is mission critical, no work from December 24th through January 2nd each year. Why should school kids have all the winter fun!
